Hello,

My name is Debra Bajoras and I exist to serve by illuminating hearts!

As a visionary, professional speaker, writer and leadership coach I am passionate about helping people discover and access their extraordinary potential!

Here are some facts you might appreciate knowing about me…

• Presently I am contracted to work with an international award winning company called Play Advertising as their Director of Business Transformation where through unique coaching processes transform corporate cultures and create powerful brands that have heart and meaning. (see "Playing with Purpose" under Speaking and Training)
• I am a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute out of San Rafael, Ca.
• I have coached entrepreneurs, presidents, VP's and managers of organizations since 1999.
• I facilitated Effective Productivity processes to leadership teams of midsized companies through Leadership Management International.
• I hold a Masters degree in Soul-centred Psychology, where I acquired a humble understanding of the workings of the Soul.
• I am a Reiki Master and previously practiced a number of techniques in the healing arts including CranioSacral therapy. This has brought me an incredible understanding of energy and a profound development of my intuition.
• I have held numerous committee chair positions with not-for-profit organizations.
• When I was 12 years old, I decided that I wanted to be a therapist for the Canadian Olympic Figure Skating Team. Fifteen years later I stood at the boards as a Certified Athletic Therapist at the Calgary Winter Olympics for the Men's final Figure Skating Championships. I was also selected to the Pan Am Games and University Games Canadian Medical Teams during my Athletic Therapy career. That was the 'glamour' of my profession, the real stuff is that I managed the therapy department of one of Canada's largest sports medicine facilities in Toronto. My success was mediocre because I required managerial training that I was not aware existed. I am now passionate about helping others who find themselves in a similarly challenging situation.
• I am an award winning Toastmaster and a national member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
